[Within week of settling into his new home, Taryon recalls that he was asked to get along with their Wildemount neighbors - Essek and the ginger guy. Caleb. He was able to meet with the drow for tailoring requests, but he had yet to properly introduce himself to the Zemnian. This cannot stand.
Taryon knocks on Caleb's door one afternoon, a plate of fresh blondies in his hand, and adjusts his shirt collar and hair. Vex said that she hoped they'd get along, but what they had in common, Taryon couldn't tell.
[Taryon will hear a quiet, clearly Zemnian-accented voice from inside.]
Just a moment...
[And then Caleb will appear at the door, a pure white cat twining about his legs and looking up in curiosity at their visitor. The wizard looks from Taryon to the blondies and then back. He recognizes the blond man, though he's been led to expect that this Taryon did not share those memories, of the place before this one. So he smiles, a faint, small, awkward, but earnest thing.]
Slayer's Cake is delivering now? I do not have coin to tip...
[Haha he's funny. He steps back, opening the door wider.] You must be Taryon. Please, come in.
[Caleb seems to be on the shy side, but Taryon's dazzling smile and great looks will put him at ease. Tary regards the cat with a fond look - even if he prefers dogs - and nods.]

[He snakes through the opening and enters Caleb's room one foot at a time, expertly leaving the plate of pastries level as he moved. Inside, he waited by the entrance, taking in the surroundings and getting a read on this stranger's room.]
